fee simple, low density condo project within the Kalua Koi Resort
area on the west end of Molokai.
Completed in November of 1979, the project consists of 77 homes
on 8.75 acres, located between the 10th and 18th fairways of the
Kalua Koi Golf Course.
The project is bordered by the Championship Kalua Koi Golf Course.
